Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW

This policy sets forth the shipping terms applicable to the sale of products at CecyKato®.  By completing a purchase with us you agree to the provisions of this Shipping Policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are dependent on the destination of the order. The following rates of shipping are effective as of 1st January 2024.

Free Shipping:

Orders qualifying for “free shipping” will be delivered at our cost using standard ground shipping selected by the Company. The entire order must be shipped to a single address. Free shipping offers are not valid for prior purchases of the same item. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping offers at any time.

Products on a Free Shipping Offer will be clearly marked on the product page. Product attracting free shipping will when added to your shopping cart free ground shipping will automatically be applied to that portion of your order. Other items in your cart that are not eligible will still incur a shipping charge. Free shipping offers are only valid while product supplies last. However, it is Company preference to offer Free Shipping where possible.

 Where We Deliver:

We, or our order fulfilment service providers, ship to addresses within Ireland, United Kingdom and EU as listed on the product and/or product category information page or at the time of check-out. We require a street address for delivery we cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

How and When We Deliver:

In-stock products usually ship within three to five business days and should arrive within up to 15 days, depending on delivery location. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. We will endeavor to keep you informed on the progress of your order.

We make every effort to have items available but from time to time, products are on back order. If that happens, we will notify you, usually within two business days of your order, and you may either wait for the item to arrive, substitute another item, or cancel your order and receive a refund.

In the event that any item(s) of your order are unavailable, we will notify you via email, usually within 24-48 hours and you may substitute another item or cancel your order and receive a refund.

Orders consisting of numerous items may have multiple shipping dates.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or any force majeure event. However late deliveries are unacceptable to us, and all instances should be brought to our immediate attention. 

Local Taxes, Tariffs, Customs & Excises

Local Taxes, Tariffs, Customs & Excises including VAT or sales taxes may be applied when the product enters your local jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Acceptance of delivery:

  • At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign and acknowledge that the goods were delivered.
  • Please provide a telephone number so that the courier can contact you to arrange delivery or reschedule failed deliveries.  
  • Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products is presumed to be authorized by you to receive them.
  • You should inspect your shipment thoroughly upon delivery.
  • Do not dispose of the shipping box or any original packing material until you are satisfied that the items received are in good order.
  • You should notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of an item, if it is broken, damaged or defective, or has missing parts.
  • Agreed returns must be received back within 7 days of making a complaint.
  • We request that you report the matter to our customer service desk on the relevant web-shop.
  • Forward full details of the complaint supported by photographs of the damaged product and outer packing.
  • If you or your order recipient refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
  • If you or your order recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to those items having their delivery delayed or items delivered and left unattended.
  • You should notify the recipient on all orders and make sure the recipient is home to receive their package to prevent damage or theft while sitting outside.
  • Carrier will leave the package to the destination address without a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered for an order. 

Risk

The risk of loss of damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case CecyKato will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Users in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement to iinfo@cecykato.ie for the lost Product in compliance with CecyKato refund policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to CecyKato investigation and sole discretion.

 Modifications:

The CecyKato reserve the right to update or modify this any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review this policy each time you purchase products from us.
